Detroit, MI – Our 15s and 17s took to the courts for one last time this past weekend, as the participated in the 2022 Can-Am Classic at the Huntington Center in downtown Detroit.
Both teams played well over the course of two long days, competing hard in every match and enjoying the less-restrictive rules of play that the American youth volleyball game has to offer. Competition levels are always high in the US, and even though you end up facing one or two Ontario teams during the tournament, it is nice to finish the season playing a variety of teams from the upper midwest, New York and Ohio.
As we push towards another action packed off-season, we also have our sights set on a new and exciting indoor season starting in September. Until then, here are a few snapshots from our final weekend of volleyball for the 2021-22 season.
