2023 6v6 League - Team Registration

Please complete the form below and click SUBMIT when complete. Please be sure to list all team members on the registration. We recommend a limit of 8 players per team to ensure maximum play time. Minimum 6 players required. To confirm your spot, please send an e-transfer to info@lakesidevb.com prior to the start of the program.

Tell us the team name that you are joining. Each person from your pre-selected team should enter the same name. Try to use a unique name, avoiding names that are used by local clubs when possible ie. Thunder, Eagles, Hurricanes, etc.

Full Summer (June 5 to August 31) - 24 nights, 2-3 matches/night

Cost: $600/team/league, $1500/team if you register for Full Summer.
