Our daughter's first year of volleyball went great! - despite the covid impact of fewer tournaments and exhibition games. The club adapted and communicated in all the right ways. The team, the coaches, the awesome fellow parents all made... for an excellent experience for us. We look forward to joining Lakeside for some summer programming and for the 2022/23 season in the fall. I have no hesitation in recommending Lakeside - 5 star!read more

My daughter started late in the season and was welcomed with open arms. The players and coaches instantly made her feel like she was a part of the club. The coaches are experienced, positive, and get results. We are so glad we joined! ... Thanks Lakeside!read more

Our son loved the training! The coaches were knowledgeable and made the practices fun....taking the time to coach each individual to challenge themselves to develop! Lakeside training was a great experience and would be a great choice... for group training or individual training for players at all skill levels!read more

After 1.5 years off of volleyball because of lockdowns, Coach Steve and Coach Bear reignited my son's love of volleyball via the private training sessions as well as Boys Training Program. The attention to technical detail while having... fun made these sessions amazing - highly recommend them!read more

Lakeside Volleyball club is first class. Coach Bear & Coach Steve are fabulous with the girls teaching the appropriate skill level & challenging the girls to test themselves. I have seen my daughters skill grow greatly over the two... academy's she's been in & she always comes home with a huge smile on her face. She's tried several other clubs in the Oakville area & this one is bar none the best program she's been in. I highly recommend this club, coaches & its programs.read more

Great organization! We have been here for a year and seen a great improvement with our daughter (both in skill and attitude). Steve and coaches are pros who are great with the kids but also know when to push them. Would highly recommend.

As someone who has been a part of this club for almost 4 years I can confidently say that Lakeside Volleyball Club has some of the best coaching you can find. They provide such a welcoming and friendly environment that makes me continue to... love the sport. Joining the club has been one of the best decisions of my life. The club has not only helped me with my volleyball skills but with my confidence, leadership and physical state. The quality of the training has always been amazing as well as having such friendly coaches and teammates. Lakeside is an amazing club. As the parent of two children, I have dealt with different competitive sports organizations over the years and the professionalism and communication from the coaches at Lakeside is second to none. This club... is phenomenal. The coaches not only have technical expertise but they create an atmosphere of collegiality and fun. My daughter literally cannot wait to get to practice. She has shown incredible skill development and growth as an athlete and leader since joining the club. Thank you Lakeside! When you start searching for a club/program for your daughter, you usually focus in two different aspects: the skill development; and the personal development. Well, with Lakeside, it was easy to identify that the search was over.Great... team of coaches with plenty of international experience, suitable for all kinds of levels, from beginners to girls ready to compete at the highest level. Over the years, I have had 2 daughters compete with the Lakeside Volleyball Club, and I can't say enough about the positive experiences both had. The coaching, training, mentoring and overall positive atmosphere was fantastic. Although,... neither of my girls were destined for scholarship levels, the skills, teamwork and mental toughness taught will be with them for the rest of their lives.Thank you to Lakeside Volleyball Club staff and coaches.read more

Joining lakeside Volleyball Club is probably one of the best things I have done in my life. Over the last year and a half my volleyball skills have improved tremendously and I owe it all to the Lakeside coaches for pushing me to become... what I am today. One of my coaches once told me that " You can have the skill but it doesn't matter if you don't have the mentality because that's what volleyball is all about". Without those words I would have never become the player that I am today and I am thankful to lakeside for giving me the experience of a lifetime. I have had so much fun over this past season that I can only hope next season will be the same. This is definitely the best club you could join.read more

This has been the best club I have played for in my 6 years of competitive volleyball. Through the help of the amazing coaching staff I was able to grow as a player and develop my skills to play a variety of positions on the court. While... playing for this club I was challenged, learned the value of dedication and hard work but also was accepted into the Lakeside family. The coaching staff and everyone at the club are truly passionate about making the athletes better volleyball players and uncovering their potential. No matter what your goal is, whether it's personal development or post-secondary goals, Lakeside offers a fun, high-intensity and supportive environment to help you reach it.
