Our complaints process was created to ensure that all Lakeside Volleyball Club participants have an outlet to connect with the club directly to advise of an issue or incident within the club that requires intervention and/or resolution.

Complaints that our Complaints Committee can assist you with include (but are not limited to) issues regarding our club services, actions, or lack of action within the club environment including a failure to fulfill agreements, any club policy violations, errors/omissions made by Lakeside staff or volunteers, or actions/statements made by Lakeside staff or volunteers that are offensive or discourteous.

Complaints that will not be accepted by the Complaints Committee include:

  • Playing time
  • Coaching decisions made during matches
  • Athlete/roster selections during or after tryouts
  • Roster re-alignment prior to the roster deadline in February.

These complaints are to be handled at the team level and with each team’s respective coach.

Please complete the complaints form by clicking the button below. You will receive a response to your submission within 48 hours.  If you do not receive a response within 48 hours from the date of submission, please contact complaints@lakesidevb.com for follow-up.

NOTE:  Any “Anonymous” complaints will be reviewed however they may not be actioned due to lack of ability to verify the information provided.
